3.2 Conditions for Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of donation.
  • Proof of deduction (bank statement / transaction ID) must be provided.
  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days of approval.
  • If a tax exemption certificate or receipt has been issued, refunds cannot normally be provided.
  • If a physical receipt has been issued, it may need to be returned/cancelled before processing.
  • International donations may take additional time for refund processing.
